last minute walk in customer, took 1 hr to consult him.
5.30pm KL to penang
delay 1 hour due not enough passengers.
8.00pm in Ipoh
1 of the passenger suggest me buy something to eat cause long way to go. Then I trust him, after I bought the food and walk to the bus. The bus just passby in front of me. My luggage was in that bus. I tried to chase the bus for almost 1.5km, but I failed. I stop 1 car, that car driver fetch me to chase that bus, but still unable to make it. After that they send me back to the bus terminal.
-call my friend report him my situation
-buy another bus ticket to penang
-get the bus driver's phone number from the counter
-call my friend and give him bus driver phone number, he will pick up my luggage for me
