I didn't care for my weight although I always said i want to be slim. One of the reason is I love to eat! High calories food are sin, I cannot control myself get away from it. especially western food like beef steak and seafood! Just let it be fat, I don't care! I think seafood can help out the boobs grow bigger.

Thanks to my dog, Kitty. 50% of my meal are going in to it's stomach. Last time, Kitty was so skinny. I feel like kind of pity for it, cut out all the fat meats and I ate the slim part.

Now, I think Kitty gains weight, and I loss 3kg!

神山行-
神山位於馬來西亞.神山公園是沙巴的天然遺產.近年被列入『世界遺產』永遠受到維護和保全.
東南亞第一高峰-神山.其花崗岩峰群-南峰.聖約翰峰.驢耳峰.喬治王峰.醜姐妹峰及主峰-羅氏峰.矗立雲霄高達-4095.2公尺.
攀登神山是一項嚴峻的跋涉.必須具備體力與耐力.如果備足了充沛的體力及二.三天山上行程.便可以觀賞沿著山徑出現的珍禽異獸.岩石.土壤.自然美景以及最古老的奇花異草.
攀登神山.除了享受登山樂趣之外更因其山峰呈高原之姿且土質異於國內百岳.故而先了解其形成地質再談攀登感受：
小沙最流連之處-廣闊的灰花崗岩山坡.此山坡的花崗岩乃由多種礦物質組成.各種礦物質對風化和腐蝕的阻力不同.其表面產生了粗糙呈黑、白和灰色的斑點.如果有多餘時間或體力.小沙真想在這東南亞最高的山峰高原上面翻、滾、躺、坐、臥.冥想...
根據資料-神山的地質始自900萬年前.其花崗岩核心在地殼下面凝固.在100多萬年前這花崗岩群峰便突破地殼.經過侵蝕.沖走千萬尺厚的泥沙、碎石而暴露出來.
在冰河時代.約一萬至十萬年前.高峰由冰雪封住.有一主要冰河向北流下羅氏壑谷.其它小冰河則向東、南、西流下.逐漸磨滑山峰高原.周圍的鋸齒型山峰群則在冰雪表面之上.不受影響.
在一萬年前.冰雪融化了.冰河的跡象可以在山峰高原見到.此處佈滿不及二公分的溝痕.較深的溝痕是冰河內的石塊留下割裂的跡象.
冰河時代過後的風化磨平這些痕跡.正如羅氏峰受嚴寒震裂的磐石塊和花崗岩上各類石堆和石堤.有些石層脫落成石板.這是日晒膨脹、夜間嚴寒收縮所致.
如今冰塊偶爾在高峰下側的水池凝結﹝這小水池是早期登山者祭拜山神的地方.映照峰景.分外瑰麗﹞.
山峰高原景色萬分壯麗.尤其令人生畏且崢嶸的羅氏壑谷的懸崖.直瀉深至1250公尺.其形成之裂口.把神山山巒分開為東、西兩個主脈.小沙奮登其峰頂.360度展望.不襟熱淚盈眶....

Just now, I check the flight tickets. MAS, go and return just cost RM238 only!

However not going KK in this year.

Primary School Gathering Part 2

孟达，泓鑫，万权，尚哲，我，子康，长礼&惠雯

Again, I start up the gathering!

This time,people not as many as the previous gathering, but I'm already very satisfied! So touching. Of cause another reason is 2 of them are almost level 21, I want to celebrate with them!

Zhao Loong is having test so have to go back to study. Few people were going home after dinner. The extremely hyperactive kids like us going to second round in KTV.

然后全班围着跑

当时我没看过安全套

就以为安全套是卫生棉的别称

我又羞又怒在他后面追着他跑 喊：拿回来！拿回来！

现在回想起来真的是很好笑！！

哪里有这样大包的安全套！？

又有一次

他跟我说他拍拖了

对象是另一班的“花蝴蝶”

花蝴蝶当时是出了名很花心有很多男朋友

而且她胸部很大！

我很为他担心

怕他受骗

就劝他

结果。。。

王：你不要傻啦，她只是玩弄你的！

郑：XX是爱我的！（用食指指着自己的）

王：她有很多男朋友，你算什么？
