I KNOW I AM OVER WEIGHT

3 years in Sunway

I gain 15 kg!!!

Each year gains 5 kg

3 X 5kg = 15kg ~>_<~

Some people said I'm look like pregnant! damn hurt!

I didn't care for my weight although I always said i want to be slim. One of the reason is I love to eat! High calories food are sin, I cannot control myself get away from it. especially western food like beef steak and seafood! Just let it be fat, I don't care! I think seafood can help out the boobs grow bigger.

Thanks to my dog, Kitty. 50% of my meal are going in to it's stomach. Last time, Kitty was so skinny. I feel like kind of pity for it, cut out all the fat meats and I ate the slim part.

Now, I think Kitty gains weight, and I loss 3kg!

回到家乡

全部友人都说我变了

变肥了

 

1 year plus 5 kg

2 years plus 10 kg.

then 3rd years might plus 15 kg!!!???

很想哭。。。wuwuwuwu~~~

 

吃多会造成肠胃的负担

吃少会很快就饿

不吃就会胃痛（真得很痛） 

 

爸说： 要运动.

我听。 结果了 运动后 超级饿 吃了平时的两倍

不动，一定会肥

breakfast = oat or biscuit or bread plus cadbury hot chocolate drink

lunch = anythings

dinner = maggie almost everyday

 

吃多又肥,

吃少又肥,

不吃也肥。

运动又肥，

不动也肥，

越来越肥。

 

怪自己不争气，恶鬼投胎样，有美食当前就没人性。
