HANGZHOU DAY 1

第一次去中国难免的期待，也有点怕，看过太多中国的负面新闻，假食物，假货，假票，抓人拿去卖，被骗。。。就吓死人的负面消息一大堆。如果不是需要，我回尽量选免签的国家来去旅行。

其实签证很容易拿到，就带着护照去领事馆，添个几页的表格，还有大头照片，拿号码，交上去，等一个星期，再去领事馆，付RM78，领回护照，就可以了。 

从吉隆坡市中心到LRT到KL Sentral，在从KL Sentral搭快铁到Salak Tinggi然后转搭巴士到LCCT。

从KL搭车到LCCT可能会塞车，怕来不及。

KLIA express 

巴士到LCCT终算没迟到。赶去柜台登机跟柜台的马来男聊得来，帮我安排了好位置，貌似满仓的飞机竟然可以 一个人独霸到三张位子，整个人可以横躺着睡！

5个小时后到杭州机场已经是晚上十点多。 拿了行李箱去到等候处找躺在椅子上睡觉。

风水位找到了，有其他外国人也睡在椅子上。还没有睡意，就看看电视上上网，有免费网络，真好。清洁人员都很亲切，拿纸杯给我叫我多喝水。

大约到凌晨一点多被保安叫醒，说是机场要关门了全面地清场。我的妈呀，真的给他们炸到咯！还真没听过机场会关门，一时之间还不知道要去哪里。

我就努力说服他给我留下，天一亮我就会离开，他就死都不肯说是怕有人破坏机场里的东西。硬硬把我带到机场门外，一出到门外就觉得冷死人咯！我就死缠着他，说我一个外国女子在外等天亮很危险，可能被打抢被杀。。。保安被我缠的没办法，安排车来载我去住宾馆。RMB140莫名被宰，超不甘心！

到了宾馆，借电话打给保安，说我平安到达了。宾馆的卫生糟糕到要死，可就没办法啦！天亮后被载回到机场去，在从机场搭汽车去市中心-武林门。

AUSTRALIA TO NEW ZEALAND

MELBOURNE


          Wake up at 4 am, packing all my staff, going to Melbourne airport. Take tram to the bus station, from bus station to the airport. The flight had been delay, passenger get a $15 voucher.

           I am poor, so I sell it to the other passenger.

New Zealand!!! 

Meal is horrible, but the ice-cream is impressive

          
AUCKLAND


          I pick up the worst backpackers Hostel in New Zealand Frienz.com. Climb 4 floors with my 28kg luggage. $22 room all were booked, I had no other option but go for the $25 room. Leave everything in the dorm room, run to the bathroom! 
          Meet the first ever Germans in my life. 2 beautiful German girls are sister. A coming to nz for internship but she is going to leave nz one week later. E is having a relationship with a French guy, so she still stay here for her French bf. Another girl from America, she is leaving nz soon.
          2 days later, meet 2 Malaysians who are from Johor, L & S. They invite me to go out for a walk. Someone are coming to pick they up by car. A guy from Thailand, Q, 32 years old, study in nz. Q fall in love with S. Thanks to Q, we had a nice ride. Q is a gentlemen, but S just want to use him. 


          Thanks to Easter Day, government department and banks are closing for 4 working days. Finally on 6/4/2010, done with my ird number and bank accounts, ANZ bank & Kiwi Bank. Buy the bus ticket from Auckland to Hamilton. Leaving Auckland on 7/4/2010.


          Auckland looks similar like Singapore. It's so Asian, Asian everywhere. Meet another Malaysian, Grace, she is from Seremban 2. Her husband studied in nz, work in nz, then he purposed to Grace, so she leave her beloved hometown and settle down in nz with her husband. 


          Is easy to get Asian food in Auckland. Maybe the restaurant too many competitor, $5 can get a Kebab or set meal. Kapiti, Designer Ice-cream, they do have a franchise store in Auckland. 3 scoops was $5.50nzd. 

27/3/2010-3/4/2010 IN OZ

          Before leaving the airport, went to Air New Zealand counter to buy the flight ticket to New Zealand. Haven't decided where should I go yet. Auckland? Wellington? Christchurch? Depends on the price. 

          I am too stupid to believe someone, who work in the travel agent, told me the flight is cheaper if u buy it direct from the Melbourne airport. So I spend almost all of money to buy the flight from Melbourne to Auckland, and it is twice more expensive! After I bought the ticket, the staff told me I must buy the leaving nz ticket. If not, they will not allow me to get into the flight! I was running out of AUS dollar, the worst was I had no credit card! 

          Thanks to my friends, I get my dad's credit card number few days later. Bought the F* ticket! Finally I left this f*ing Melbourne Airport! All things are settle. Worries all gone after i got the credit card number, it's just like magic wand.

          Stay in Melbourne for 8 days. Stay in BOZO, $25 per night. Nice place, especially the unlimited WiFi. I have 1 Japanese roommate. Forget what's her name, maybe Yuki!? She was in New Zealand for 15 months. She would love to immigrate to NZ if she can. Few of her friends ask her to marry with the local, but she ignore that idea. She worked as hair dresser in Japan, work and stand for 13 hours per day, she told me she hates the life style in Japan. She worked as waitress in NZ. I never saw her face without makeup.

          Meet a Britain girl. Feel she is special because she really very scared of cold, unbelievable. She reach here at midnight, she's freaking hungry, I gave her a pack of instant noodle. Glad to meet her.
          Meet 3 hot guys from French. Learn some French poker games. Meet few others backpackers too. The kitchen's crowded after 6pm. Everyone were coming back from study, from work, from travel.

          Saw some video shooting in Victoria Market. Obviously the series are all about police & fireman. Do take some photos.

          Victoria Library is impressing. Wii, PS2/3, Mac, the environment, the book collections, the facilities are really impressive. Spends few days in library. Such a perfect atmosphere for sleeping there.

          Accosted by a american man while I'm enjoying my ice-cream and sun. I guess he is in 40-45 age box. Coming to OZ for work and he is showing off that he has few houses in US. We started our conversation because he's looking for his friend. After that, he invited me for lunch with his friend. I can feel he is giving hints to his friend to leave us alone. His friend left, he suggests to drive me to somewhere else whether seaside or another city or ..... I forgot. So we walk to the car park. While we walk in the back street, he is holding my hand and touching here touching there. Feel so uncomfortable, so I change my mind not to go out with him. He's holds hard with my hand, then I'm showing my pissed off face to him. He wanted a kiss and tried to kiss me, my head struggle like a wild horse to avoid his mouth. Luckily some people passing by me, if anythings happen, I will scream! Give him a friendly handshake and run away like there is a fire on my ass. Force me to keep his name card, of cause I throw it away as fast as possible after he left. His name is Bob. From that on, I hate people who's name Bob.

          Leaving Melbourne on 3/4/2010. The flight was just 4 hours. Head off to Auckland.

LEAVING MSIA

          My flight was in afternoon. Mum send me the the airport. Having my last Malaysia meal in McD.


          Luggage was 18kg over weight. Charge RM180.


          No tears, no sadness, just want to escape from this land quickly.


          A guy from JB sit beside of me. He works in Singapore. Ask some information about working in Singapore.* Help him fill up the boarding card. 

          After 8 to 10 hours flight, reach Melbourne Airport at midnight. I'm not the only person slept in the airport. First time mah，没想像中的难睡。可能我的血液里有流浪一族的基因。明天一天亮就进Melbourne City去。

Yesterday is my worst day in new zealand


Car broke down in T junction
I lost my wallet
sickness getting worst


Early morning, my car cannot start. A kiwi man use a hammer beat on 1 of the car engine, amazingly the engine start. But it end up, break down again in the middle of T-junction. Luckily there was a police car passby, they push and i control the steering. Spend 240nzd to repair the car.


Left my wallet in BNZ bank, get it back the next day. And I drop it on the street again. A women pick up and send it to police station. Police call, went to police station to took my wallet. I am  lucky! If i drop it in msia, impossible to get it back.


I had been sick since last week, it getting worst. Amazingly I feel good in the next day.

There is a hongkong boy stay in the same building with me.
He's seem like a nut.
But after he cook dinner for me, I feel like I fall in love with him. 
His cooking skill is very good! He cook seafood spaghetti and a nam gua ho feng. YUMMY!  


1 of the best things of travel is there always a surprise in everywhere! especially free international food! 

KISS GOODBYE

Many time, I almost forget I am a Malaysian or Chinese. 

But sometimes I did remember I am a Malaysian, it happen 3 days ago, when my Argentina/Italiano friend want to say good bye by using body language. I am not used the way they say good bye. HUG + KISS even for stranger.

Argentina is kissing once on the face.
French is worst! South French is kissing twice on the face, North  French is 4 times! 

Before he left, I was standing close to him. Then he just hug me without any notice. My reaction is move my body away from his arm without any thinking. I guess he might miss understood I was almost falling on the floor, then he pull harder his arm. It happen too fast, I try to move my lips away from the direction through his mouth. Ends up, my fore head knock gao gao through his face, my spec fall, my hand try to push him away..... everything was in a mess, but was funny. I didn't mean that, I am kinda like him, just it happen too fast.


Joanna, you are right! I am so waste! Next time I will be the one who kiss the people first!

I WILL BE BACK

I have been here almost 3 months. 3 more months, my visa will be expired. 

So might plan to extend my visa. That means I will be back on 3rd of Jan 2011.

I like here, but I know I'm not going to stay here for the rest of my life.
I love to stay here, but not for this moments, not this ages. I am too young for here.

I am so sure I will be back here some day.

Currently I work in a Chinese Restaurant. The big boss is a hkian, he is marry with a Singaporean  which is my boss. This is the first ever I work in restaurant, I was thinking I might break a lot of dishes, but i didn't. 

My boss and I are the only waitresses for whole shop. I thought I went to interview to work as a waitress, but I work as a cashier, cleaner, washing dishes and ...... The boss sibeh stingy de lor. 1 people use as 3 people. So, I decided to leave this job on this Tuesday.

Feel sad cause I have to leave Wellington. No more free internet access, no more cheap food, no more clubbing and pubbing and partying.

Finally I see some things that make me alive in this country! So many time I want to buy from here. I feel like do not want to go anywhere else but just stay in Wellington. 1 minute walk, I will reach the center of the city.

Food: 

Subway $3.90 for 6 inch

Mc Donald $5 for 1 cheese burger, 1 frozen coke, 1 apple pine, 1 pack chips

Burger King: $4.90 for beef cheese burger, 1 drink, and chips

New Work Market $4 for a pack of sushi

Food is cheaper than the kampung area while it have PROMOTIONS.

Rental:
They said  $120 - $350 per week
$120 - $150 consider as very damn cheap in Wellington
I found $80 - $90 per week, but I have to walk 40 minutes from the place to the restaurant I work for. I rather pay $50 more, 40 minutes is killing my legs.

Transport:
Like the other capital of any country. A lot of car and buses.

Work:
There are a lot of part time and full time opportunity in Wellington. 

For those chinese restaurant, they will pay $8 to $9 for student. I think it is illegal. The government did mention, the min pay should be $12.75 per hours before tax.

Tax:
My another heart breaker. 

19.3% to 21% P.A.Y.E   Pay As You Earn

1/5 of the salary going to the government
Foreigner can get back the tax only before when you leave new zealand.
Is very hard if you want to get back the tax.

You pay $1000, they might give you $150 - $200 only

I did said I feel alive in Wellington.
Easy to get know INTERNATIONAL FRIENDS.
Easy to look for any information you want.
Easy to look for a job or many jobs in here.

BUT....
I am going back to Te Puke again >_<
on Tuesday.

I just figured out
My previous room is too BIG, too many window
That's why i feel damn cold every day

Just move all my staft to a smaller room
The stupid heater finally work well in small room

Last night,
I was thinking like I am gonna catch any plane flight to Asia or everywhere else just leave here
I am worry I will die here cause of TOO COLD for me during the AUTUMN

I am so sure I couldn't survive during the Winter season.

Currently I am in Hamilton, the no 4 largest city, the Largest city in inland of New Zealand.

Work as CLEANER lodging in a Kiwian lodge.
Work for 2 hours, so I need not pay for the rent.
Kindna easy job, cause there are always I am the only person in the house.

What I did here
most of the time during the evening or afternoon
I will become a plant or SUNFLOWER
If you see the sun light appear, then you will see me there.
Other else, I will sleeping, watching tv, talking by phone, lying on the ground......
100% nothing to do
So I am a bit freaking FREE~ hehehe
