WELLINGTON

Finally I see some things that make me alive in this country! So many time I want to buy from here. I feel like do not want to go anywhere else but just stay in Wellington. 1 minute walk, I will reach the center of the city.

Food: 

Subway $3.90 for 6 inch

Mc Donald $5 for 1 cheese burger, 1 frozen coke, 1 apple pine, 1 pack chips

Burger King: $4.90 for beef cheese burger, 1 drink, and chips

New Work Market $4 for a pack of sushi

Food is cheaper than the kampung area while it have PROMOTIONS.

Rental:
They said  $120 - $350 per week
$120 - $150 consider as very damn cheap in Wellington
I found $80 - $90 per week, but I have to walk 40 minutes from the place to the restaurant I work for. I rather pay $50 more, 40 minutes is killing my legs.

Transport:
Like the other capital of any country. A lot of car and buses.

Work:
There are a lot of part time and full time opportunity in Wellington. 

For those chinese restaurant, they will pay $8 to $9 for student. I think it is illegal. The government did mention, the min pay should be $12.75 per hours before tax.

Tax:
My another heart breaker. 

19.3% to 21% P.A.Y.E   Pay As You Earn

1/5 of the salary going to the government
Foreigner can get back the tax only before when you leave new zealand.
Is very hard if you want to get back the tax.

You pay $1000, they might give you $150 - $200 only

I did said I feel alive in Wellington.
Easy to get know INTERNATIONAL FRIENDS.
Easy to look for any information you want.
Easy to look for a job or many jobs in here.

BUT....
I am going back to Te Puke again >_<
on Tuesday.

I am going to visit Bangkok again on next year.

Chatuchak weekend Market is available on Saturday and Sunday only.

Looking for food and souvenirs, Chatuchak Weekend Market is the best choice.

Looking for clothes, Pratunam Fashion Mall is the SIN PLACE for women!!!

All those SHOPPING ESSENCES is there!!!

prices are very affordable, but have to depend on your bargaining skill = =+

There area transportation is not so convenience.

Have to go by taxi & tuk tuk.

Sometimes taxi is is cheaper than tuk tuk.

I think 60-70% Thailand people can't speak English.

Especially the taxi driver, mostly of them can't speak English.

If you want to go somewhere, ask people in hotel or travel agency write in thai words and show to the taxi driver.

Low budget traveler shall visit to Khao San Road.

I saw many leng chai leng lui there!!!

I'm stay in D&D Inn.

550baht for single room per night

850baht for double bed room per night

Inc air-con, bath room & tv

All there price is start to khao san road to these location only.

Go to Bangkok, body massage is a MUST.

This massage shop is in Khao San Road.

I am quite satisfied for they massage "gong fu"

so do some promo in here.

If can choose the massage sifu, please go for the age of 30-40!

I feel like the young sifu is not as good as the old 1.

This exchange shop in around in MBK shopping center.

cause the exchanging rates is a bit higher than other exchange shop.

Bangkok Day 6

The last day is Bangkok. Wake up early, pack all the things and be ready to go back Malaysia soon. Before check-out, I decided to spent all the thai bhat. Then fast fast RUN to the market again. Before go to airport, I die die want to buy clothes, so that "don't wasted the bag's space". Then I promise myself, not to buy ANY clothes till the end of 2009 anymore. My conclusion is, Bangkok is a sin city.

proof Bangkok's sun sibeh gaolat hot! sun-block spf 50 also useless.

I meet a lot of foreigners form US, UK, NZ,HK, Korea, Japan and others, feel glad to knew them and talk with them. I thought my english is so poor, guess only local people only understand me. I still can't believe actually they can understand my english speaking, Now I have the confident to go further!!

Another funny 40 years old uncle from Korea, with broken english. Cause both of us having a dslr, that's how we start our topic. His name very funny, he actually wrote it in chinese as 姜忠基，feel very sorry for him cause I heard like 薑葱鸡。When he pronounce his name, I heard he pronounce similar like JUN-KI, I almost laugh till want to die.

Then comes to HKians. I meet a group of HKian. Mostly HKians don't know that we Malaysians can understand Cantonese. why ler? Base on my research and survey from hkians, cause Singaporians cannot speak cantonese, so they think malaysians of cause also cant speak cantonese.

The hkians are speaking at the back there, i heard that they guess I am from singapore, cause i had no reaction while they are talking about me. Then Ather fews hours, while they were bought somethings, but they cannot found the cashier, then I told them with cantonese, damn funny that their face suddenly looks like see ghost while I spoke with them. So I make friends with them, talk with them, having lunch with them. And I told them I get food poisoning from hk.

Bangkok Day 5

I lost my SD Card in cc, 720+ photos all gone. DAMMMMMNNNNN!!!!!
The 3 & 4 days, I went to visit the floating market and so many temple. I feel so angry, wake up so early so that i can get nice lightning photos, and I did had it. Especially the day 4, I explore myself under the sun for the whole day, and I am quite satisfied for my photos, but now all gone!

What I think about the Amazing Thailand is nothing is not amazing!?

HAHA~ Such a wonderful experiences although walk & tired like hell. I think travel by myself is much more fun than follow travel agency.
